10 oz Beef slice 3/8 “
½ tsp chopped garlic
4 cup vegetable oil
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbs rice wine
2/3 cup sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
¼ tsp white pepper
¼ tsb sesame seed oil
¼ yellow onion, sliced
2 green onion, sliced
Mix beef and ¼ cup cornstarch well and allow for 5 minutes
Heat 4 cup vegetable oil and fry the beef until crisp, Remove from oil, keep wok heat
Add 2 tsp vegetable oil in wok, add chopped garlic, rice wine, soy sauce and beef, stir fry well
Add sugar (keep stir for 1 minute) then add yellow onion and green onion stir, add white pepper stir well, add sesame seed oil
Remove from heat and serve
