Mr. Wangs Chinese Restaurant Beef with Broccoli






10 oz Beef slice 3/8 “
15 broccoli buds
½ tsp chopped garlic
4 cup vegetable oil
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbs rice wine
2 tsp sugar
¼ cup water
¼ cup + 2tsp cornstarch
¼ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp sesame seed oil

Mix beef and ¼ cup cornstarch well and allow for 5 minutes

Heat 4 cup vegetable oil and fry the beef until done, add broccoli for 30 seconds, Remove from oil, keep wok heat

Add 2 tsp vegetable oil in wok; add chopped garlic rice wine, soy sauce, sugar and water. Boil, add beef and broccoli, stir fry well, then add white pepper, add 2 tsp corn starch mix (use 2 tsp of cornstarch and 3 tsp water mix well) to make gravy. Once reach the gravy thickness you want, add ¼ tsp sesame seed oil.

Remove from heat and serve.
