1 lb whole median size mushroom
3 cups oil
½ tbs chopped garlic
1 tbs cook wine
8 tbs say sauce
8 tbs water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch
Procedure
1. Heat the pan or wok and add 3 cup of the oil, heat
2. Fry the 1lb mushroom for about 3 minutes or till light brown, remove and drain the oil.
3. Use same pan or wok add chopped garlic, cooking wine soy sauce and water, boil about 1 minute.
4. Add mushroom cook about 2 minutes and add sugar stir fry for about 30 second then add corn starch mix 2 tsp water and 1 tsp corn starch mix together) stir fry for about 30 seconds.
5. Remove and serve.
