Ingredients:
1 ounce chicken breast, shredded
10 shrimp (optional)
6 bamboo shoot, diced
4 snow peas, shredded
5 mushrooms
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon cooking wine
1 green onion, diced
1 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoons white pepper
2 teaspoons cornstarch
6 cups water
Preparation:
1. Boil 6 cups water and add chicken breast,
shrimp, Boil again.
2. Add bamboo shute, snow peas and mushroom, Boil again.
3. Add cooking wine, salt, sugar and white pepper, stirring evenly.
4. Mix 2 teaspoon of cornstarch with 5 teaspoons of water and add to soup while stirring evenly.
5. Add beaten egg to soup, stirring slow then remove from heat.
6. To serve, sprinkle with chopped green onion and ½ teaspoon sesame oil on the top of the soup.
