1/2 pound spaghetti
4 quarts water
4 teaspoons sugar
2 teasoons salt
1 ounce hot, spicy oil
1 1/2 ounces lemon juice
1/4 green bell peper, julienned
1/4 red bell pepper, julienned
1. Bring water to rapid boil.
2. Add spaghetti to boiling water.
3. Coook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 9 minutes or until desored
tenderness is reached.
4. Drain. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
5. Cut red and green peppers in julienne strips.
6. Pour cooked, drrained spaghetti into pan.
7. In a separate bowl, gently toss together sugar, salt, oil, lemon juice.
8. Pour mixture over spaghetti and mix well.
9. To serve, top with thin slices of bell pepper
