2 pounds string beans
5 ounces ground pork
1 teaspoon dried shrimp
1 green onion
Small piece of ginger
1 teaspoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon MSG
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 cups oil
1/3 cup water
1. Cut string beans into sections about 4 2/3 inches long.
2. Clean and chop dried shrimp.
3. Shred about 1 teaspoon green onions.
4. Chop 1/2 teaspoon ginger.
5. Deep fry string beans in hot, 424 degree oil for 5 minutes.
Remove.
6. Stir fry ground pork in 3 teaspoons oil. Add 1 teaspoon dried shrimp,
1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger, 1 teaspoon cooking
wine, 1/2 cup water,
with 1 teaspoon MSG, 1.4 teaspoon soy sauce and 1
teaspoon sugar.
7. Stir fry over medium heat until dry.
8. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon shredded green onion and
1 teaspoon sesame
oil. Stir evenly.
9. Remove and serve.
